"Great customer service."
I used skillshare's premium 3 month free trial, I cancelled it and was told that I could carry on using until date of renewal and I had forgotten about it since. That is until on the 28th December 2020 I saw a charge for skillshare premium on my bank statement. I contacted customer services and within an hour a lady called Chrissy had emailed me back. I asked for a refund due to having cancelled my account and the pandemic having made earning a wage much much more difficult than previously. Chrissy had resolved the issue and had authorised the refund, I can't even begin to express how helpful she was in resolving the matter. If I was her boss, she would definitely be getting a raise!

"Friendly and quick customer service"
I contacted the customer service, because I accidentally agreed to the annual Premium membership. I cancelled my membership immediately, but of course it was already too late and I payed for an annual membership via PayPal.
I contacted the customer service via the contact form and filled in all boxes. (There's the possibilty to get a refund for the annual membership, when contacting Skillshare within 7 days after payment.) Got the refund within a few hours. Thumbs up!

"Refunded within few hours"
I was just trying to sign up for free trial and got charged so I contacted them and I got refunded within few hours. Thanks skill share

"Refund given without problems"
My son signed up for the free trial and forgot about it, he didn't really find the courses interesting. Two months later he was charged for the premium membership. Luckily we saw it before the seven days period and he contacted Skillshare and they sent an email promptly and refunded the full amount 2 days later..
